Julia Karassev is the founder and Principal of the Toronto / Miami/ Dubai firm she founded in 2010, 7 Star Design.
Julia is an award-winning designer, and often a guest expert who joins some of the industry’s biggest experts as a design expert.
Julia is well-known for her expertise in interior design and colour coordination and one of unique designs for the outmost demanding clientele.
Julia’s passion into design started early in her life.
Julia grew up designing, building, and refurnishing spaces.
It was during her co-op at 18 at a local technology company where her redesign project of an office space was chosen as the final design, and the rest is history.
Since graduating as an award-winning student Julia has never stopped building her brand and pursuing her passion to create spaces her clients enjoy and adore.
Julia got tired of boring designers, who consistently gravitate towards “safe” and standard designs. She likes exploring new ideas, design, techniques, and pushing the envelope with spaces, colours and shapes.
